The garden is a place to remember a baby you love and miss, however early your loss. You can plant a flower, choose to add a short message, and visit the flowers other people have planted. It is free to use. There are no accounts. It is not medical advice, counselling or a crisis service.

If you need support right now, please contact your midwife, doctor or local emergency number. We are not able to respond to urgent situations through this site.

A message you add appears in the garden straight away, and anyone visiting can read it. Please do not write anything you are not comfortable making public, and do not include contact details, links, or information about other people who have not agreed to it.

You are responsible for what you write. You keep the rights to your words. By publishing a message you give us permission to show it in the garden for as long as the flower exists.

Please do not post anything hateful, abusive, threatening, sexual, commercial or misleading. Please do not use the garden to advertise, to harass anyone, or to try to damage or overload the service.

Messages are screened automatically and anyone can report a message. A reported message is hidden at once and then reviewed by us. We may remove a message, or a whole flower, that breaks these terms or that we believe could hurt someone. We will do this as gently as we can, but we do not promise to explain each decision.

When you plant a flower you get a private return link. It is the only way back to your flower. Anyone who has it can edit your message or delete your flower, and we cannot recover a lost link or tell who is using it. Please keep it private and safe.

You can also share a separate view-only link. Anyone with it can see your flower and message, but cannot change them.

You can remove your message, or delete your flower for good, at any time with your return link. Deleting is permanent. If you cannot use your link, write to us and we will help where we reasonably can, although we may not be able to confirm that a flower is yours.

We do our best to keep the garden running and your flower safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that a flower will exist forever. We may change, pause or close the garden. If we close it, we will say so on this site first.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

The garden is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Omaia AB is not responsible for losses that come from using it, or from other people's messages, but nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy notice. You can change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie settings.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the consumer rights you have where you live. Questions or concerns: hello@omaia.ai.
